Our JJC-WS-K100-ESD modular lean pipe workstation is a highly flexible, reconfigurable industrial work platform built for lean manufacturing workshops, ESD protected areas, 3C electronics assembly, inspection, packaging and sorting processes. Adopting classic lean tube (also called flexible pipe / karakuri tube) modular construction system, you can freely splice, extend, separate and recombine multiple single tables to build your ideal workspace layout according to your workshop space, production flow and station functions.
The main frame is assembled by high-quality lean tubes and injection-molded plastic joint connectors. The lean tube outer layer is anti-static coated PE plastic, inner tube is high-strength steel pipe. The connectors are impact-resistant ABS plastic, easy to cut and assemble without professional welding. Unlike fixed welded steel tables, this modular structure allows you to change the table size, shape, shelf layout anytime when your production line updates, no extra machining required.
The tabletop and lower shelf board are standard ESD anti-static board, with surface resistance of 10⁶~10⁹Ω, fully compliant with ANSI/ESD S20.20 standard. It can safely release static electricity generated during assembly, testing and handling of PCBA, circuit boards, sensors, lithium batteries and other electrostatic-sensitive components, effectively avoiding static damage and product failure. We also offer non-ESD wear-resistant board, phenolic board, solid wood board and stainless steel board as alternative surface options for non-electronic workshops.
This workbench comes with heavy-duty casters as standard configuration. Two of the casters are swivel casters with brake locks, the other two are fixed casters. When unlocked, the whole workstation can be pushed and moved freely to adjust station position, transfer WIP, or reorganize the production area. Lock the brakes firmly when working, the table stays stable without sliding or shaking during operation.
It features a double-layer design: upper main working surface for assembly, testing and operation; the lower storage shelf provides extra space for storing tools, jigs, spare parts, raw materials and finished semi-products, which keeps the desktop tidy and improves on-site 5S management.
Every part of this modular workstation supports deep customization. You can adjust the overall length, width and working height freely to match operator ergonomics. We can add extra shelves, tool hanging rails, light brackets, part bins, socket strips, baffles and positioning fixtures as required. The lean tube color, table thickness, caster load rating and number of combined units can all be tailored to your needs.

Maintenance Tips
Regularly check the tightness of joint connectors and caster screws; clean the anti-static surface with neutral anti-static cleaner, avoid sharp tools scratching the tabletop; inspect caster rotation and brake function periodically. Our workstation comes with assembly drawing, and 12-month warranty for core components.
