The KTD-T-010 Insert Cart Ⅲ is a specialized PCB handling and storage trolley built for the harsh working environment of printed circuit board manufacturing. It is widely deployed for PCB transfer and temporary storage during electroplating, dry film photoresist processing and ENIG (Electroless Nickel Immersion Gold) surface finishing procedures.
Unlike ordinary workshop trolleys, this insert cart adopts a hybrid frame structure made of SUS304 and SUS201 stainless steel square tubes and round tubes. Stainless steel material provides excellent resistance against acid, alkali, moisture and chemical vapors generated in PCB workshops, preventing rust and corrosion during long-term continuous use. The board slots are made of high-quality PP material, which is soft and non-abrasive. It can hold PCB panels firmly without scratching or damaging the circuit traces, solder mask and gold surface of finished boards.
This model is designed with two independent storage layers, with 50 board slots for each layer, supporting a total of 100 PCB panels. The slot spacing is precisely engineered to keep boards separated and avoid contact, short circuit risk and surface contamination. The overall dimension is 705mm(L) * 580mm(W) * 1550mm(H), with a safe maximum load capacity of 100kg.
The cart is fitted with mixed 4-inch and 6-inch silent casters. The silent wheel design greatly reduces rolling noise when moving the trolley inside the workshop. The casters allow flexible steering and easy positioning at production stations, helping operators transfer batches of PCBs smoothly between different manufacturing processes. The whole frame is assembled stably, with strong structural rigidity, not easy to deform under rated load.
