Our JJC-CON-OV304-ESD oval closed-loop roller conveyor system is a modular, circulating assembly and material handling workstation engineered for lean continuous production. This fully enclosed oval layout eliminates linear line dead ends, allowing semi-finished goods to circulate repeatedly between working stations for multi-step assembly, visual inspection, functional testing, labeling, packaging and rework without repeated forklift or manual transfer.
The main load-bearing frame is precision fabricated from 304 food-grade stainless steel, with full argon arc welding and mirror brushed finishing. All weld seams are ground and polished smoothly, no sharp burrs, no dead corners, which meets the sanitation requirements of food, cosmetic and GMP pharmaceutical clean workshops. For high-corrosion scenarios such as chemical cleaning environments, we can upgrade the frame material to 316L stainless steel as an option. The whole frame structure is rigidly reinforced with cross support beams and under-bracing, preventing deformation under long-term continuous load. Adjustable heavy-duty leveling feet are fitted at every support leg; operators can fine-tune the horizontal height to compensate uneven factory floors, and anti-slip rubber pads at the bottom reduce vibration and prevent floor scratching.
The main conveying section adopts heavy-duty roller conveyor structure. Standard rollers are stainless steel rollers with precision sealed bearings, low rolling resistance, stable running and ultra-low noise ≤65dB at normal speed. Roller pitch, roller diameter and roller surface treatment can be customized according to your workpiece size and single-station load. The curved turning sections of the oval loop use specially machined curved roller groups and inner guide baffles, ensuring smooth product transition without jamming, skewing or slipping during turning.
Integrated on the conveyor line are multiple independent 360° rotatable circular worktables. Each circular worktable is equipped with a built-in heavy-duty thrust bearing assembly, enabling free manual rotation. Workers can spin the circular tabletop to adjust the workpiece orientation freely, accessing all sides of the product without walking around the station. This greatly reduces awkward posture and repetitive movement, improves assembly accuracy and working ergonomics. The tabletop surface offers multiple options: anti-static rubber sheet, food-grade PU sheet, hard phenolic board, stainless steel plate, wear-resistant PVC sheet. Each rotating worktable is independently positioned and locked, and we can add pneumatic positioning locking function for automatic positioning on request.
One core optional upgrade for this conveyor line is the ESD anti-static belt conveyor module. You can replace partial or full roller sections with anti-static conveyor belt. The anti-static belt complies with ANSI/ESD S20.20 standard, surface resistance range 10⁶ ~10⁹ Ω, effectively dissipates static electricity and protects sensitive electronic components, PCBA boards, sensors, lithium battery modules from electrostatic damage. This ESD belt option is essential for 3C electronics, semiconductor and ESD protected area workshops.
For the drive and control system: Standard configuration is variable frequency motor drive with frequency inverter, infinitely adjustable conveying speed from 0.1 m/min up to 10 m/min. Two drive types are available: motorized roller drive for light and medium load, and chain drive for heavy load continuous operation. The whole system is equipped with safety emergency stop buttons at intervals along the line, safety perimeter guard rails around the oval loop to prevent workpieces falling and personnel collision. We can further customize the control system with photoelectric sensors, stop stations, counting modules, PLC centralized control cabinet, touch screen operation, and automatic start-stop logic according to your process flow.

Maintenance Notice
Keep the bearing parts lubricated periodically; clean the roller and tabletop surface regularly; check the tension of drive chain/belt monthly; inspect emergency stop function before shift startup. Our system comes with operation manual and 12-month warranty for main drive components.
