Product Overview
Our RCS-SS2026-E stainless steel powered roller conveyor is a tailor-made industrial material handling solution designed for automated continuous transportation of boxed, palletized and regular-shaped goods. It is widely used in factory assembly lines, packaging workshops, food processing plants, pharmaceutical workshops, electronics factories, distribution centers and warehouses for loading, unloading and goods transferring.
Different from simple gravity roller conveyors, this model adopts electric motor drive system, which can automatically convey goods at adjustable constant speed, greatly reduce manual labor and improve production efficiency. The whole main structure can be made of stainless steel, which solves the problem of rust and corrosion in humid, high-temperature, water-washable working environments. We also support anti-static customization for customers handling electronic components, circuit boards and sensitive electronic products.
Main Structure & Material Details
- Conveyor Frame: Fabricated by stainless steel profile (Optional grade: 201 Stainless Steel / 304 Stainless Steel). All joints are fully argon arc welded, polished smoothly without burrs. The frame has high rigidity and strong deformation resistance. Surface is polished to achieve a matte finish, easy to wipe and clean.
- Rollers: Stainless steel rollers are the core transport component. Roller diameter, wall thickness and roller spacing are fully customizable. Rollers are equipped with sealed bearings, dustproof and waterproof design, low rolling resistance, long service life. Anti-static roller coating can be added on request to release static electricity and protect sensitive electronic cargo.
- Drive System: Equipped with geared reduction motor. We can match motor voltage according to your local power grid: 220V/230V 50Hz single phase, 380V 50Hz three-phase, or other customized voltage. British standard junction box available for Maldives and UK market. Equipped with variable frequency speed regulator, the conveying speed can be adjusted freely from 0.1m/s to 0.5m/s. Emergency stop button is installed for safety control.
- Support Legs: Stainless steel adjustable height support legs. The working height of the conveyor can be manually adjusted within your required range to match your production table or loading platform. Optional brake casters can be installed at the bottom, making the whole conveyor movable and convenient for site rearrangement.
- Side Guards: Optional stainless steel side guard rails, to prevent goods from sliding off both sides during transportation. The height of side rails can be customized according to your cargo size.

Packing & Shipment
We pack the conveyor with plywood case or strong fumigation-free wooden package to avoid damage during sea or air transit. We can provide DDP, DAP, CIF, FOB shipping service to global destinations.
