JG-ASL001 Anti-Static Belt & Roller Combined Assembly Production Line

JG-ASL001 ESD assembly line is a custom modular conveyor system designed for electronics assembly, PCB testing, lithium battery packing, small home appliance assembling and precision component workshops. This line adopts a mixed structure of anti-static belt and anti-static roller, which balances smooth material transfer and flexible product accumulation, solving static damage risks for electrostatic sensitive devices (ESD).

Frame Structure

The whole main frame is built with heavy-duty 6063 industrial aluminum alloy profile. Aluminum profile features high rigidity, anti-rust, no welding deformation, easy disassembly and re-layout. All connecting parts use galvanized bolts. The base feet are height-adjustable support feet, which can compensate uneven ground, stabilize the whole line and reduce vibration during operation.

Conveying System & ESD Protection

This assembly line is equipped with permanent anti-static transmission belt, surface resistance: 10⁶ ~10⁹ Ω, stable anti-static performance, not easy to decay after long-time use. Matching anti-static PVC rollers, each roller is grounded to release static charge generated during product transportation. The conveyor system is driven by gear motor with frequency inverter. Operators can continuously adjust running speed from 0.1m/min to 8m/min. It supports continuous running mode and intermittent stepping mode according to your assembly process requirement.

Workstation Configuration

Each working station is fitted with ESD solid worktop panel. The worktop surface is wear-resistant, flame retardant and anti-static. Above each station, LED tube lighting system is installed to ensure sufficient brightness for fine assembly work. Tool hanging rack is reserved on the side frame, for hanging screwdrivers, tweezers and assembly jigs. Standard equipped with multi-hole power socket and earth wire for each station. Optional add-ons: air pipe connector, static monitoring meter, part storage bin, ESD curtain.

Customization Scope

All dimensions can be fully customized: total line length, single station width, working height, number of workstations. We can adjust the combination ratio of belt section and roller section as your product size and weight. Optional extra modules: lifting transfer station, automatic testing station, photoelectric sensor counting system, warning light, material return conveyor.
