The JJS-ASL2060 is a professional-grade anti-static belt conveyor assembly line designed for manufacturing environments that require strict electrostatic control. It combines a stable aluminum extrusion structure, ESD-compliant work surfaces, variable-speed belt conveyance, and modular workstation configuration to deliver a complete manual assembly solution.

Unlike standard conveyor belts, this line uses a specialized ESD anti-static green PVC belt with a surface resistance of 10⁶–10⁹ Ω, which continuously dissipates static charges generated by friction and handling. Each workstation features a grounded anti-static worktable, and the entire frame is bonded to a grounding point, providing comprehensive ESD protection for sensitive products such as PCBA modules, lithium battery packs, smartphone components, IoT devices, and automotive electronics.
