Packaging Finished Product Conveyor Line | Anti-static Belt Carton Transfer Conveyor System

Our J-PFL01 packaging finished product conveyor line is a customized belt conveying system specially designed for finished carton packaging transportation in factories, warehouses and packaging workshops. This curved & straight combined conveyor is widely used to connect packaging machines, case sealers, labeling stations and finished goods storage areas. It realizes automatic continuous transport of packed cartons, reduces manual handling labor cost, improves the whole packaging line efficiency. The anti-static conveyor belt can effectively release static electricity, suitable for electronics, food, daily chemical and other industries with anti-static requirements.

Main Structure & Features

1. Anti-static Conveyor Belt Adopt anti-static PVC belt, belt thickness 1.2mm. Stable static dissipation performance, avoid static damage to packaged goods. Smooth belt surface, low friction, stable running, not easy to scratch carton surface. Belt speed can be adjustable according to production rhythm.
2. Frame & Material Frame uses carbon steel with powder coating or optional aluminum alloy profile. Sheet metal thickness 1.2mm, solid welding structure, strong load bearing, anti-rust, durable for long-time continuous operation. Support straight section and curved turning section combination design to match your workshop layout.
3. Power Driving System Standard configuration: 750W driving motor for line length within 20 meters. Stable power output, low noise, continuous 24h operation. Equipped with speed regulator, infinitely variable speed control. Power can be upgraded according to longer line length and heavier load demand.
4. Customized Dimension The whole conveyor length, belt width, conveying height can be fully customized. Standard width 400mm, other widths available on request. Support multi-angle turning design, flexible layout to bypass workshop obstacles.
5. Safety & Auxiliary Design Equipped with side guardrails to prevent carton falling off during transportation. Optional emergency stop button, photoelectric sensor, counter. Simple assembly, easy maintenance and spare parts replacement.
