The ACORB-15 Series Cooling Buffer is designed to be positioned directly after curing or reflow ovens. It provides intelligent temporary buffering and high-velocity circulation cooling for hot PCBs, preventing thermal warp and protecting components before they proceed to subsequent production stages.

• Flexible Dispatch Modes: Selectable First-In, First-Out (FIFO) or First-In, Last-Out (FILO) modes based on specific customer product characteristics.
• 10-15 Layers Storage Capacity: Standard capacity stores 10–15 boards simultaneously (customizable up to 15+ layers for high-volume lines).
• Early Warning System: Intelligent pre-alarm threshold can be set by defining the target number of stored boards in advance.
• Circulating Natural Cooling: Utilizes a highly efficient internal natural air circulation layout for uniform temperature reduction.
• Real-time Level Tracking: Clear touchscreen status display showing current layer storage occupancy and actual board counts.
• Segmented Fault Protection: Supports individual layer lockout; if a single-layer belt fails, the station gaps that layer and continues operating.
• Reflow Protection Control: Automatically controls and throttles the quantity of equipment inputs before the furnace to prevent reflow jams.
