The ANB-15 Series AOI/SPI NG Buffer is an intelligent, multi-layer buffering solution designed to connect seamlessly downstream of AOI or SPI inspection systems. It automatically identifies, distinguishes, and manages defective (NG) and conforming (GOOD) boards, preventing faulty PCBs from moving forward and optimizing overall line yield.

• First-In, First-Out (FIFO): Features a standard overboard mode ensuring smooth, sequential tracking of all processed boards.
• Smart Touchscreen Extraction: Allows operators to randomly extract any designated NG board at will directly through the touch interface.
• Timeout & Alarm Management: Works in tandem with SPI systems to sound a prompt alarm during long-term storage within the frame.
• Single-Layer Fault Shielding: Intelligent layer control allows users to isolate and shut down a specific layer if a belt breaks or other issues occur, keeping the rest of the machine running.
• Comprehensive Fault Display: Real-time fault alarms are clearly shown on the touchscreen, and bad board pictures can be synchronized and displayed on the computer monitor simultaneously.
• High-Capacity Board Saving: Built-in high-efficiency rack system capable of storing 12–15 layers of PCBs (Save first, save later mechanism).
• Flexible Board Exhalation: Supports one-piece exhalation, calling out boards timely and sequentially with a single button press.
• Configurable NG Warnings: Features a customizable waiting timer for NG call-out warnings to fit your factory's specific processing times.
• Touchscreen Lock Protection: Operators can lock the touchscreen during maintenance or active cycles to avoid accidental triggers and machine failure.
• Advanced Data & Remote Control: Equipped with RS-232C communication protocol for robust data collection (displays exact bad point positions). Supports remote computer judging and automatic board removal via the keyboard Enter key.
