Product Description
The reinforced and strengthened four-layer lean pipe turnover vehicle adopts thick-walled anti-static lean pipes, double-layer pipe material reinforced columns + double-layer joint locking structure, four layers of thickened and widened load-bearing plates, and is equipped with 4-inch heavy-duty industrial casters. It is designed for the transfer of heavy-load materials such as metal stamping parts, heavy-duty hardware fixtures, and large mechanical components. The reinforced frame can bear heavy workpieces for a long time without deformation, and it also meets the dual requirements of anti-static and high load-bearing capacity.



Product features
Double-layer pipe reinforcement for load-bearing frame: The columns and crossbeams are reinforced by two pipes running side by side. The connection positions are locked with double-layer plastic joints, providing resistance to bending and deformation. Even when fully loaded with heavy workpieces, the frame does not shake.
Thickened high-density load-bearing layer board: 20mm thick industrial flat plate with reinforced edge sealing. A single layer can bear heavy metal material trays. Under heavy pressure, there is no indentation or fracture.
High load-bearing industrial casters configuration: 4-inch thick steel plate frame casters, with widened and thickened wheels, strong bearing capacity. The wheel frame is not likely to deform or damage over a long period of pushing heavy loads.
Fully anti-static conductive structure: Thick conductive lean pipes + high-conductivity plastic joints, stable static electricity discharge. Mixed materials of hardware and electronics can be stored simultaneously without generating static accumulation.
Open design without shielding for material extraction: The entire vehicle has no top shielding crossbeam. Heavy metal workpieces and large material boxes can be directly lifted and placed without the risk of the crossbeam hitting the workpieces.
