Product Description
This product is an automated production line covering the entire process of PCB board insertion, soldering, inspection and sorting, integrating core equipment such as insertion machines, 0.6 docking stations, AOI, NG/OK buffer machines, selective wave soldering machines, 1.33 flat transfer machines and 0.6 cooling docking stations. Through the intelligent control system, seamless linkage is achieved in the processes of insertion, soldering, inspection and sorting, completing the fully automated operation from insertion to finished product sorting of PCB boards. It is suitable for the production scenarios of electronic component soldering that require insertion processes, ensuring the accuracy of insertion and the quality of soldering.

The front-end and back-end AOI devices have high detection accuracy, capable of identifying defects such as missing plug-ins, reverse insertion, false soldering, and bridging, with a detection accuracy rate of ≥99.9%.
The 0.6 cooling connection platform enables rapid cooling of the PCB board, preventing thermal damage to components.
The NG/OK cache machine supports the classified storage of multiple batches of PCB boards and is suitable for material management in multi-variety production.
