This product is an SMT automated production line designed for large-scale and high-precision demands, integrating equipment such as printers, online SPI, dual surface mount machines (YS24+YS12), docking stations, reflow ovens, online AOI, and automatic board loading machines. Adopting a full-process automated layout of "printing → solder paste inspection → dual-machine surface mount technology → soldering → inspection", the dual surface mount technology machines operate in parallel to enhance production capacity, SPI and AOI ensure quality, and all links are intelligently linked to meet the dual demands of electronic manufacturing enterprises for high precision and high production capacity.
