This product is a core SMT back-end production line integrating AOI inspection equipment, 0.5 cooling docking stations, double-track reflow ovens and 800×800 workbenches. Adopting a modular design, it realizes the full-process automated operation of PCB boards from soldering, cooling to visual inspection. Dual-track reflow soldering supports the simultaneous processing of PCB boards on two production lines.
