This product is an automated production line covering the entire process of PCB board separation, insertion, soldering, inspection and return. It integrates core equipment such as board assembly machines, upper fixture elevators, AI insertion machines, 0.6 connection stations, 2.0 insertion lines, wave soldering machines, board flipping machines, AOI inspection equipment, elevators, belt lines and return lines. Through the intelligent control system, seamless interaction among all links is achieved, completing the fully automated operation of PCB boards from panel separation, component insertion to wave soldering, defect detection, and finished product return. This significantly enhances the efficiency and quality stability of PCB board insertion and soldering, while also realizing the recycling of components and the closed-loop process.

Product features
The cutting accuracy of the board separator is high, with burrs on the board edge ≤0.1mm, ensuring the quality of subsequent insertion and welding.
The AI insertion machine supports the insertion of multiple types of components, with an insertion accuracy of ≤±0.05mm, and is compatible with components ranging from 0201 to DIP.
Wave soldering uses lead-free welding technology. The temperature control accuracy of solder is ±1℃, and the welding yield is ≥99.5%.
AOI inspection equipment can identify defects such as false soldering, bridging, and missing components, with a detection accuracy rate of ≥99.9%.
The return board line adopts a flexible conveying design, which can be adapted to the recycling of PCB boards of different specifications.
