This product is an automated production line focusing on the later stage of SMT soldering, integrating core equipment such as double-track reflow soldering, 0.6 double-track selector, AOI inspection equipment, 0.6 double-track docking station and double-track board collector. Through precise mechanical structures and intelligent control systems, the entire process of PCB board from soldering to inspection, sorting and receiving is automated. Dual-track reflow soldering can handle PCB boards from two production lines simultaneously. The AOI equipment uses high-definition visual inspection technology to accurately identify soldering defects. The dual-track selector and the board collector complete the automatic sorting and storage of good and defective products, providing full-process guarantee for the soldering quality of electronic components.
