Equipment Composition and Functionality

 

Loading and Pre-processing Stage

 

PCB Loading Machine: Automatically loads PCBs from trays onto the production line to initiate the manufacturing process.

 

0.5 Transfer Loader and Solder Paste Printer: The transfer loader positions PCBs accurately, while the solder paste printer precisely deposits paste onto PCB pads in preparation for subsequent placement.

 

0.5 Waste Paper Collection Station: Gathers waste paper generated during printing to maintain production line tidiness.

 

Placement and Soldering Process

 

SPI (Solder Paste Inspection): Checks printed solder paste thickness and uniformity to ensure printing quality.

 

Placement Machine: Utilises a high-precision vision system to pick resistors, capacitors, chips and other components, precisely placing them onto

PCB pads to achieve automated component assembly.

 

Tray Loader, 1.0 Inspection and Handling Station, Reflow Oven: The loader handles PCB tray loading, the inspection station assists in verification, while the reflow oven melts and solidifies solder paste through multi-zone heating, completing component-to-PCB bonding.

 

Inspection and Discharge Process

 

1.5 Refrigerated Assembly Station, Flip Board Machine, Tray-Style Discharge Machine: The refrigerated assembly station cools and sets PCBs post-soldering. The flip board machine enables reverse-side inspection, while the tray-style discharge machine automatically unloads finished PCBs into trays, concluding the production flow.

 

Production Line Features

 

Fully Automated Process: From PCB loading, solder paste printing, component placement, soldering to inspection and unloading, all stages operate without manual intervention, significantly enhancing production efficiency and product consistency.

 

End-to-End Quality Control: Utilising SPI, vision inspection and other equipment, multi-dimensional quality checks are performed during solder paste printing, component placement, and soldering stages to ensure product quality.

 

High Compatibility and Flexibility: Accommodates PCBs and components of varying dimensions and types, facilitating rapid changeovers for multi-variety, small-batch production.

 

This production line serves electronic component placement manufacturing across consumer electronics, automotive electronics, and industrial control sectors.
